Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to record any third-party content, including obtaining necessary permissions.

Permitted Uses: You may use RecordPro for lawful personal, educational, and commercial purposes including creating tutorials, presentations, and marketing content.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our service to record content without proper authorization, create harmful or illegal content, or violate others' privacy rights.

Consent Required: When recording others, you must obtain their consent and comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Browser-Based Service: RecordPro runs in your web browser and requires modern browser features including WebRTC support.

Uptime: While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access.

Feature Changes: We may add, modify, or remove features with appropriate notice to users.

No Warranties: RecordPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Data Loss: While recordings are processed locally on your device, we are not responsible for any loss of recordings or data.

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Local Processing: Your recordings are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers by default.

Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

User Control: You have complete control over your recordings and can delete them at any time.

Your Right to Terminate: You may stop using RecordPro at any time. Since data is stored locally, you can delete all associated data by clearing your browser storage.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but you retain ownership of any recordings you've created.
